How do I get free shipping on my order?
If your order qualifies, a Free Shipping option will appear in the dropdown menu on the check out screen.
What qualifies for free shipping?
- If an item is priced at $65 or more (excluding taxes and shipping charges), that item qualifies for free shipping.
- If the total price of your order is $65 or more (excluding taxes and shipping charges), your order qualifies for free shipping.
*Offer only applies to the continental 48 states.
Items will be shipped using UPS ground or USPS.
Same Day Shipping
How do I get same day shipping on my order?
If your order is placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day.
Huge Inventory
Swimmer Sports keeps a huge inventory. All items shown on the site are in-stock and available for purchase. We strive to give you what you want and have it in-stock. If you are looking for something that we don't carry, give us a call and let us know. We will do our best to get the product in.
Low Price Guarantee
Swimmer Sports works hard to bring you low prices. If you have found
a better price for an item at another authorized dealer we will do
everything we can to meet or beat the price. Please call us with the
place you saw the item, the item price, model, make and color and its
estimated shipping cost at 1-800-635-0528. Our sales staff is standing
by 5 days a week, Mon-Fri 9AM to 5:30PM EST.
Our price matches are only applicable to identical sale conditions. The
item must be in stock at the other authorized dealer at the time of
price match in the same size, components, model, year and/or color (not
a sample, "open box", used, refurbished, mail-in-rebate, free item,
bonus item, auction, clearance, liquidation sale, or demo item) and
must not be a club or membership price or typographical error or item
with an included service commitment as part of the price. If we
normally offer a free or discounted item with the sale of an item we
are price matching, the price match will be adjusted by the price of
the free or discounted item, or can be forfeited and excluded from the
price match entirely. This offer applies to new purchases only, includes competitor shipping costs and is at the discretion of Swimmer Sports.
