| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Canadian Customers
We are happy to accommodate our friends to the north. For shipments to Canada we use the United States Postal Service because they are the only shippers that are reasonably priced. The USPS offers two methods of shipment: Priority International and Express International. Priority is the cheapest, however it does not provide a tracking number and typically takes 6 - 10 business days for delivery. Express is able to be tracked and takes 3 - 5 business days. These transit times do not include time held in customs. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 207-990-2013.
Other Countries
If you are able to select your country from the drop down during checkout you are able to receive shipments from us. There are certain products that are prohibited from being shipped out of the country and some countries prohibit certain items from being imported. If you purchased such an item we will notify you.
If you are purchasing an item from a country other than the United States, Canada, UK, Japan or Australia, we will require some additional information to process your order. We will need you to provide in the comments area during checkout the name and phone number of the bank that issued the credit card that you used. We will also need a signed copy of the front and back of your credit card faxed to us at +01 (1) 207-990-2044.
We know that this may be a bit of an inconvenience, but due to the high level of international fraud it is necessary for us to take these steps.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
